Why We Exist

Housing placement is often treated as the finish line — but for many individuals, it is only the beginning. Once housed, case management services frequently end, leaving a gap in support during the most vulnerable transition period.

Next Roots Housing Initiative was created to fill that gap. By focusing solely on post-housing stabilization and addressing the social determinants of health, we help ensure that housing remains stable and sustainable long-term.
