Founder and Executive Director of Next Roots Housing Initiative. Clara brings over 15 years of experience in housing stability, trauma-informed care, and nonprofit leadership.

This role will provide direct retention case management, housing stability planning, and crisis prevention support.

Peer-based support to help participants strengthen routines, build community, and navigate challenges that impact housing stability.
